Greetings, dear Reader!
Today, on this last day of Autumn, I would like to share my thoughts with you.
Barefoot writing.
I love ‘Barefoot writing’. It aligns perfectly with my state, at this moment. I step on to this unknown path with zeal, but at the same time like a baby learning to walk. Stepping and falling and again standing to walk.
I am taking this spiritual journey to share my love and gratitude for all that happened in my life up to this moment. I believe that Love and Gratitude are the response to our being.
Every next day is a proof that we are surrounded by Love. I am so grateful for this gift in my life and in our world’s life.
A simple walk on a windy day can take you back to you true being in the childhood, when it was natural to listen to the rustling of leaves, the songs of birds or the sound of the water. To feel the warmth of the sunshine on our body. If we stop for a while and listen to those sounds and feelings, we can discover ourselves and we can find what a beautiful gift we have available every moment. After a ‘gap’ I stopped by it. Indeed, it is a feeling beyond description. It took me some time to realise that I lost so much time by missing this gift in my life.
Every time I am outside for a walk I remind myself to listen to the Nature’s sounds. Being coated in our daily life, I tend to sometimes forget to hear or to listen to nature. I train myself to not forget. Exercising is a must until it becomes natural and unintentional, as it was in our childhood.
A few days ago while listening to music. It was a playlist of classical music symphonies. I stopped for a while and thought in more depth.
It came in my mind that our life is like a symphony in which we are the conductor. When we understand the notes we conduct well and the composition becomes beautiful. We enjoy it. We live it. We love it. We are grateful for it.
On the other side when we don’t understand the notes and we don’t want to recognise them, we just are galloping through it.
If we want to be a part of our own symphony, we are creating by simply giving love to all that surround us and we make sure that we are open to receive it as well. Often, we don’t realise that we don’t know how to receive love. It sounds too simple and ordinary, but I had to pause to reflect for a while on this. It is as important to receive, as to give Love.
We don’t have to hold on someone’s symphony to be happy. Every person is free to create their own symphony’s composition. We have all necessary tools in our heart: Love and Gratitude.
All new things we start doing in our life it is like a barefoot walk. I’ve recently realised that this process is so wonderful, and I wish I wouldn't neglect it years ago in anything new I would do.
All new things are provocations that allows us to discover ourselves from a different view. It unties our own ‘bridle’. It challenges us to do more and to evolve to a better version of us. Which in the end, leads to a unique creation to be gifted to the world.
Our purpose is to follow our inner voice. This is the only way to walk on a path destined for us.

I would love to thank you for reading these thoughts and I really want it to inspire you to your unique creation.
